We don&#8217;t offer food but you&#8217;re welcome to bring your own food from home or some of the many restaurants in the area.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The exchange goes beyond the community: we chose to offer an open caf\u00e9, so that people outside of the queer community also have the opportunity to come together and find a space to feel good.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The caf\u00e9 is run by volunteers in two shifts per night. If you want to help, we&#8217;re always happy to welcome new people in our team. You can come to our monthly &#8222;Ersti Abend&#8220;, which is an evening where members of our team inform new-comers about the QZM. You&#8217;ll learn about the general workings of the QZM as well as the different teams and groups (&#8222;Arbeitsgemeinschaften&#8220;), there is something for everyone! (eng: QZM-Angel system)<\/p>\n<p>In the first step, you can register here: <a href=\"https:\/\/engel.qzm-rn.de\/register\">engel.qzm-rn.de\/register.<\/a> <br \/>You can find an FAQ to the Engelsystem and caf\u00e9 workings here: <a href=\"https:\/\/engel.qzm-rn.de\/faq\">engel.qzm-rn.de\/faq<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In the Engelsystem (angel system) we currently have five different types of angels:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Caf\u00e9-Angel, Apprentice-Caf\u00e9-Angel, QZM-Angel, Tech-Angel and the Racing Photography-Angel, more information can be found in the <a href=\"https:\/\/engel.qzm-rn.de\/faq\">FAQs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Um dich f\u00fcr Schichten als Probearbeit-Caf\u00e9-Engel, QZM-Engel oder als Rasenden Foto-Engel einzutragen, braucht es keine bestimmten Voraussetzungen. Du kannst dich auch ohne Vorkenntnisse anmelden, das Engel-Team wird dir gerne erkl\u00e4ren, wie alles funktioniert.<\/p>\n<p>There are no specific requirements to register as an Apprentice-Caf\u00e9-Angel, QZM-Angel or Racing Photography-Angel. You can register without previous knowledge, the Angel-Team will explain everything to you.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As a <strong>Caf\u00e9-Angel<\/strong> you should meet the following requirements:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You need to be at least 18 years old\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>friendly appearance\/finding joy in the contact with people\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Language skills German and\/or English\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Reliability and individual responsibility\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Completion of the Lebensmittelhygieneschulung (Food &amp; hygiene course)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can find more information about the<strong> food safety and hygiene training training<\/strong> under <a href=\"https:\/\/engel.qzm-rn.de\/faq\">engel.qzm-rn.de\/faq<\/a> or on the website of the city of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mannheim.de\/de\/service-bieten\/gesundheit\/lebensmittelhygiene-schulung\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mannheim<\/a>.\u00a0 The <a href=\"\/en\/_wp_link_placeholder\/\" data-wplink-edit=\"true\">Registration Formular<\/a> for the course can be filled out independently and sent to <a href=\"mailto:58.LMHSch@mannheim.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">58.LMHSch@mannheim.de<\/a>. The course takes about 60 minutes and costs 31\u20ac. If needed, the QZM can cover the costs. We&#8217;ll see if we find an appointment to complete the course together.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You want to become a Tech-Angel?\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Then tick the box &#8222;Event-Technik&#8220;\/&#8220;Event tech&#8220; during the registration process.
